Sealio nudges clients about missing documents so you don't have to.
Automatic reminders (In place)
When you send a request, Sealio reminds the client every 3 days, up to 5 times, while required items are still missing. Each reminder lists what's still needed, says when it's due (or that it's overdue) and includes a fresh upload link.
Reminders stop by themselves when every required item is in, or when you complete or cancel the request. If you return a file, they start again.
Change them for a request (In place)
On the request page, the Reminders panel shows how many were sent and when the next one goes. Click Change to:
- turn automatic reminders off;
- choose how often (every 1 to 30 days);
- choose the most to send (1 to 10).
Send reminder now sends one straight away. It doesn't count toward the limit.
Requests created by a schedule get the same reminders.
Planned: a firm-wide default for new requests, editable reminder wording, and a daily digest for your team.
