A study permit application
A worked example with made-up names. Every step is something Sealio does today.
A consultant opens an application for a student and sends the study permit checklist to the student and to the parent who is funding the studies, on one request. The student uploads a passport and enters its expiry date; the parent uploads bank statements from another country.
One statement is a photo of a screen with the account holder’s name cut off. The consultant returns it with that reason, and the parent uploads the bank’s PDF the next day. Two years later the consultant clones the case for the extension and uses the passport already on file, since it has not expired.

Can Sealio track passport expiry dates?
Yes. Checklist items can ask for the expiry date. Expired documents are refused, and your home page lists documents that expire within 90 days.
Can a family share one request?
