- Sections and items
- Group documents under headings such as Identity or Income. Type a document’s name and press Enter to add it.
- Instructions clients read
- One plain sentence under each item, shown on the client’s upload page.
- Accepted files
- PDF, photos, Word, Excel and CSV, or any file, with the most and fewest files and the largest size per item.
- Required or optional
- A switch on each item. A request is complete when every required item has an accepted file.
- Expiry dates
- Ask for the expiry date on passports, permits and licences, and see what expires within 90 days.
- Versions and copies
- Each save creates a new version. Duplicate a checklist to make a variant, and archive ones you no longer use.
Your next client is the last item on the list.
Start with a ready-made checklist or build your own, invite a client, and watch the stamps land.
